Our team is led by three directors, all qualified paramedics with extensive experience in pre-hospital emergency care. With years on the front line, we bring real-world insight and practical expertise to every training session. We’re passionate about sharing the skills that save lives—because we’ve used them ourselves.

With more than 20 years of frontline experience as an ambulance paramedic, I bring real-world knowledge and a practical, down-to-earth approach to every first aid course I teach. Having responded to countless emergencies, I know how crucial confidence and speed are in a crisis. That’s why I’m passionate about delivering hands-on, accessible training that prepares people to take action when it matters most.
Through AME First Aid, I’m proud to support individuals, workplaces, and communities with the knowledge, skills, and reassurance needed to save lives and care for others in any environment.

With over 24 years of frontline experience as a paramedic in Melbourne and an earlier career as a registered nurse, I bring deep clinical insight and a passion for quality education to the work we do at AME First Aid. I’ve seen firsthand how timely, effective first aid—paired with compassion and calm—can save lives and support recovery. That understanding drives my commitment to delivering practical, engaging training that supports both physical and mental health.
As a wife, mother of three, and someone deeply connected to my community, I care passionately about the wellbeing, safety, and resilience of those around me. I want to ensure people of all ages feel confident to step in and help when it counts.

As a current paramedic and critical care registered nurse, I bring over 20 years of combined emergency experience to AME First Aid. My background spans intensive care, emergency nursing, and the last 14 years as an advanced life support paramedic. I’ve cared for people in some of life’s most critical moments—experiences that have shaped my passion for equipping others with the skills and confidence to act in an emergency.
I’m committed to delivering high-quality, accredited first aid training that empowers individuals, families, and workplaces alike. Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud wife and mum to three energetic boys, a lover of the beach, and an active community sports volunteer. I understand the importance of safety in every setting—from home to field—and strive to help others feel ready to respond.
